Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OutSmart Supplies, Leharstraße 3, 74747 Ravenstein, Germany, email: support@outsmartsupplies.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or by a letter sent by post). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The return is free of charge for you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to assess the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:
– that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive, or
– that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
– as well as for goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery or the packaging has been opened.
